SCEE have also included their Europe users to have some beta trials. The only way you are able to get into being invited to use the trial (Europe owners) is determined on how much you use your PSN account on the PSN Store and also length of being online playing games etc. People get selected at random. Mix between mostly Japan/Asia owners, US Owners and some Europe Owners who get the invite for the beta release.
Home won't be released until October the earliest.
