TV Help
been looking at some new TV's on the net and there are litterally hundreds to choose from.
I need some help deciding which is the best one for my budget. Ive been looking at 32" ones which seem to be the best size for me. my budget is about £300-£400, would be better if i could also get a stand included in the budget aswell.
From what ive been told the higher the contrast ratio the better the picture quality. eg. 20000:1 is better than 10000:1 ?????
HELP!

Bravia for the budget, I personally dont like Samsungs, find theyre quite pixelated compared to how crisp a Sony or LG is ... Pioneer ftw... but you wont find one for £400 lol.
If you can get a Bravia for your money that would be the winner

I've just bought the Sony Bravia 32" KDL32V4000. Not impressed with the pic tho, thought it would be alot sharper so im constantly messing with the settings to get it right. I know the picture quality will vary from channel to channel as a result of how the programme was origianlly filmed... but then again... i only bought it for my ps3!!! You get what you pay for at the end of the day.

its not the money really mate its the size, but i cant justify spending over £400 on a 32" hence that is the top of my budget

The Sony Bravia V is for sale at a few places at around the £350 marker (sainsburys, argos). Very good Tv for the money, its not a full 1080p but at 32" I wouldnt be worried.
Basically: Higher contrast ratio and higher brightness the better. Yet your video processing unit is important, so stick with names you know or recommended brands. Sony are very good (but you pay a bit for the name), also Panasonic and Pioneer have a lot of recommendations.
If you know what youre looking for Ebay is great after Xmas as people have upgraded with pressies.
