until I bought a Saxo Furio yesterday!
Bought an old 1999 Kymco Sector 125 custom bike with only 6k miles.
Was just to get me back into work, as I live in the sticks and the bus service was being cut every 2 months! Plan worked, to a fashion!
Got the Kymco off eBay for £180. After numerous bits to repair and £200 later, it was OTR and it got me work within days!
That was the start of December and I have had so many scary 10 mile 6am rides to work in temps of -5c.
Cant really fault the bike, it never missed a beat in 3 months of all winter weathers!
Bonus is, I should easily get my money back when selling it as bike dealer says, minimum £500 with a clean up!
Back on eBay it goes!
