It cuts the reloading to see if anyone has answered your post but get a lot of other chat in the middle that you wouldn't want! I think its fine as is!

problem being, if everyone used it the forum would be redundant and i think the forum is a far more valuable tool
it allow answers to problems, opinions etc... to be logged for future reference, live chat would not allow this and allow the forum could still be used it would detract from the excellent resource we have
