New nokia 6700 bluetooth problems
Got this phone as an upgrade on wednesday 4th nov, i try turning bluetooth on, it says switching on bluetooth, but nothing happens at all, then i have to press the red button, the button you turn your phone off with, to get outta there, and the phone crashes, the screen goes all white, then goes on to the wallpaper screen. I checked nokia.com and a lot of people are having the same trouble with the same phone, they said try turning your phone off, removing battery for 5 mins, which i have, doesnt work, connect to pc via USB and tru updating the phone software which when i try, it says nokia service unavailable please try again later. Which i will do, has anybody else had this phone or same problem with any other phone? If so how did you solve it? I would return, but i really like the phone so before i do, i wanna try sorting it first. Cheers
