Yea I did think about going bigger but for what I want a t25 is more than enough especially with the limited rpm the vtr's have

progress is slow atm just been treating the rust under the car and in the engine bay with hammerrite till i get time to do the kbs framecoating.
few pics off bits ive been paying with.
Front suspension finsihed
ARB treated/painted and fitted with new bushes
Been paying with ideas for the bumper and think ive finally come to a decision, i dont want the intercooler on show but need the open mouth for cold airfow so ive cut the grill out and smoothed the edges, got abit of white mesh and i think ill make the mesh fit in there so it just looks like a modded bumper .
Ive also decided that im going to do the bumpstrips, splitter and edges of the wide mouth gloss black and will then fit the white mesh in to break up the colour, if it looks shit ill spray the mesh black.
Anyway from this

to

then mocked up (needs mesh to be fed under the panel attached to the bumper)

Then masked up around the bit i want painting

Like it!
With the Mesh, if you go on to use it. What about painting it Black? as the Silver would draw my attention to it right away, and then onto the Intercooler.. Just a thought

Thats the point, all stealthy
My mate has a Focus RS mk1 and running about 400bhp. That has a fat ass forged black intercooler behind the black mesh. Just looks like a standard RS lowered a little

lmao rorz you lose everything. tidying session needed in your shed/garage mate
im liking the stealthly look tbh. im buying a new front bumper and having the intercooler sprayed black, and meshing bumper off. TOO many people bottle it when they see intercooler. just nice to tag on the back of them and
'BWooosh, gear change-PWTTSSSHHHHH, BWAAAMMMM. cyaaaa
