Phone and Ipod gets switched around coz i dont got enough slots. now i only can use 3 Slots at a time, for instance if i plug in the ipod the networking card gets deactivated

Are the pins in the slot bent, seems a bit strange for them to die.

I did a search, some people say XPSP2 can cause USB issues others say it's power problems.
Have you installed any hardware lately?
might be worth downloading speedfan to check voltages, http://www.almico.com/speedfan.php

My mate had a problem like this.... it has a strange fix which worked for him.
At the back of the pc if it has an on / off switch turn it off and UNPLUG the power lead. Leave the computer for 30mins unplugged from the tower and then plug back in.
The key to this fix is to remove the POWER LEAD from the tower completely for atleast 10mins. (It will not fix it if removed from the plug socket only.
This has worked for me a few times as a IT Techy. VERY strange i know but it works strange!!

if you over run your usb (pull to much pwer) it will need resetting.
power off for a short period should fix the problem.
