2018 Q3 states 1.8k on the road and 3.5k SORN. But that feels high.

I would have kept my saxo, but it literally fell apart. It was a fairly rare model being a mk1 with a vtr engine & auto box.

Hi, thanks for your replies, had a look at www.howmanyleft.co.uk which says 1.8k at 2018 Q3, but also looked at www.carlogbook.co.uk which seems to say there are only 2 left, if i am reading it right! A slight difference! A little more digging i think.

Two left? I’ve got two Saxo’s in my garage right now. I think 1.8k is probably about right. Although I hardly see them on the roads anymore, they’re coming up for sale on facebook groups and Gumtree etc. every day.

That's because the system they're using is reading from the "variant" field of the V5 of which only 2 cars have this filled out.

The correct way to get accurate data is an FOI request to the DVLA

You'd ask for how many Saxo VTR in Black are left for all model years.

If you really really want to know.

By me there are old people driving round in beat up saxo 1.1s, etc. Never see anyone driving a VTR or VTS. I'm the only one as I know off and I travel a far distance to work and back each week. Saying that though I did see a lowered MK 1 Saxo VTR some months back! Rare sight...
