Default 5x5 strong lift workout

I've read alot on google about the 5x5 strong lift workout. I haven't really come across anything bad about it. I was wondering what peoples views are on it? and has anyone tried it?

I'm going to give it ago but I mite add a few other exercises in there in each session, such as chin ups, maybe biceps curls and dips.
I've been training a while and hit a plateau really, not seeing many gains or improvement... I don't know if this would be a good way to shock my muscles? or maybe improve my strength, so I can take training a step further. I want to gain strength and size!

any advice would be appriciated

Will help your strength, won't do much for your size

I would recommend it for size mate, you won't get much bigger doing it but like McGuire said it will help with strength. So if you're wanting a change and to start with building strength its a good idea
