I'd guess it was downsized to avoid people hitting right click > save as and getting a free full res image

Or maybe I should have mentioned doing that before you tried once again to enlighten me with your science. Nope, still same potato sized at 799x533 and I'll get the door for you.

Was merely asking because I would love to zoom on the lower right, there's some awesome detail there with the light fading and revealing the edges.

Very nice and wonderful snapshot of the beautiful moon. Just loved to watch it. It seems very real to the eyes. Great photography. Have you edited by any of the software?
