The actual upgrades may only take a couple of minutes. Most of the time and effort goes into planning and preparation to ensure that everything runs smoothly and no data is lost. We've moved servers, moved countries and even switched programming languages in the past without losing anything. On top of that we actually make four separate off-site backups each day.
Don't worry, Saxperience is in safe hands
