just made a test post... going to open up permissions now. (coulfd take a while to get right)
Plan is for regular members to be able to leave comments... and premium members to be able to host blogs.. and comment obviously.

Peeps will need a bit of time to get used to it...
Blogs can effectively be moderated by the owner, but blogs will also be moderated by staff, so no spam, excessive swearing, abuse, etc, etc. Usual community rules apply.
I guess there will be a few test blogs for a week or so, but after that, people should clean them up and use them... or dont use it.
THe last thing we want is new blogs turning up eac day saying 'testing 1, 2, 3...'
