Who still has one? What state is it in?
It's almost total death on here now, which is a worry the data will go at some point. If you're still left or lurking...

Still got a clean mk2 VTS in Poseidon. Completely standard, ~75k on the clock. I’ve been very slowly restoring it doing little jobs, over the last five years or so, but it hasn’t really needed a lot. It’s currently locked away and rarely gets driven. In another five years I’ll probably stick it up for sale and see what it’s worth. Could be in the money, could be a complete waste of time haha.
I’ve also got an S2 106 Rallye in Bianca which is an all-out track car. Completely stripped with a mod list as long as my arm including a proper roll cage and harnesses etc. The car was rotten when I first bought it, and it spent most of 2018 and 2019 with the engine out, having the chassis re-welded, sealed and repainted. It’s about there now and I hope at some point this year I’ll get it through its MOT and get a few track days in.
I hardly post on Saxp anymore, but it’s still a great resource. 90% of the questions I Google link back here with a response.

Nope i do want another but should have bought one years ago to put away when prices were rock bottom,, the biggest regret is selling my cherry red s1 106 rallye... original condition.... for 700!! that would be worth 5x and then some of that now.

More than that. I remember back in 2008-2010 when there would be 250 members online and 100+ posts a day.

I still have my 16v AX though it needs a bit of tidying up. Im never selling that car tbh.
I have recently returned to the Saxo fold with a Saxo I built for my mate, he ended up not using it as much as expected so I bought it off him. Genuine 42k, with OZ Ultraleggeras, 160lb springs and Bilstein dampers, Magnex exhaust, Quaife ATB: Its like the year 2001 all over again! Heaps of fun to drive though and the seats are still solid.

Only bought my first one a few years ago. Mk1 VTR. All standard.
T404 AJB
Car was originally from Reading.
Was going to race it but decided it was too tidy, so kept it ever since.
Currently sat on my drive while i wait to tackle some rust!
Gutted I missed this forum in its hay day. Hope someone keeps it going for all the info.

Yeah well at the very least I'm sure it'll stay read only if it comes to it
there's also a lot of SHIT that's been myth busted too.
My favourite one being 1.5 diesel gearboxes. The VTR gearbox is actually LONGER. and the 1.3 Rallye gearbox is the weakest, as it has the highest torque multiplication ability on the diff.
