Is there room to wrap it? I think even with zircotec or something it's still too close. You may be better with decent wrap tbh.

Paint on bonnet won't like that lol
Any room o run a heat shield on the user side of the bonnet? So get it coated and when bonnet is shut it deflects heat down over to spot it melting the paint?
Can imagine its still gonna get pretty hot

no welsh i havent driven the 6 speed yet, still building the rest of the car up
ross i thought ceramic was better than wrap?
andy ivebeen looking at some heat reflective tape im going to do the underside of the bonnet with
the only bugger with the new inlet is i cant now find anywhere to fit the nos jets

nice work mate...who made your exhaust mani?? I hav a modified Rover Turbo inlet for my zetec turbo Fiesta RS Turbo as well. Seem to be the best cheap inlet for alot of tuners!

Maxwell the exhaust mani is a dp one that i have cut the flange off and welded on a t3 flange, ive also added my own takeoff for the external gate
The inlet mani i made myself by adapting to rover one to fit
Josh i hope it is
Welshpug 3rd and 4th are the gears the nos will be used on aswell

finally sorted my fuel rail
got the gearlever sorted for the 6 speed lift up reverse lock
and tonight got it all back together and she runs :twisted:
