I think the regional meets section needs more publicity to get more people going to the meets ect.
And people just need to be less lazy and go to meets.

I didn't have a saxo for a couple of years hence having a low post count compared to the amount of time I have been a member....and I try not to spam much 
It did seem quite a bit difference back in 06/07 but times change!

In a word no.
Used to be, I guess it still is in a way... still shit loads of members just alot of new morons who like to piss people off. (Saxo's being cheaper to buy than a packet of crisps doesn't help matters)
It's down to what has been said, in the Saxo's glory days there were alot of cool peeps doing new stuff ect now it's old hat, Saxo's are dying out *the good ones* and yeah everyones moving on to bigger and better things.

It seems alot different now to when i first signed up. Mind you though its abit wierd that my life only panned out the way it did because of this forum 
I only took a place an oxford brookes uni because some random forum member called jeffchiz happened to be looking for a house mate in oxford. id never met him before or anything but i moved in anyways which led to me getting a job at pug1off and now only really being involved with psa stuff.
Before that i was just a general mechanic at an mot centre working shit hours for a shit wage.
I very much doubt id be able to do that now though!

i cannot really comment in the long run as ive only been here for a few months since buying my first saxo. my current experience of the forum is generally good though, i agree a few do just put others down but it aint put me off. as for the car, may only be a 1.1 but love driving it, defo need to get a vtr though for more funs

A lot of the newbies don't really spend a lot of time on here, you've got people that have been around for a year or so who've only made like 200 posts or something, and nothing in Gen chat or joining in banter etc
People need to get more involved!
