System restore i would of thought, unless there is some other way to do it. Don't really know a hoot about Vista so. If your deleting programmes just use Add/Remove programmes, easier and more effective.

Double click on my computer, then at the bottom fo that window it will say folders and have an arrow next to it, click the arrow, you will then see the recycle bin at the bottom so you can then drag it back to your desktop.

Let me know how you get on mate.

Don’t worry, Graham. A lot of users actually accidentally delete their recycle bins. The steps on how to recover Vista recycle bin are pretty simple. First, you need to right click on your desktop. Choose Personalize and find Change desktop icons on the tasks pane. Select it and you will see the Recycle Bin option and a checkbox beside it. Mark that checkbox and you are done recovering the recycle bin.
