Default Suspension comparisons

Hi all

Just wanted a bit of guidance with regards to suspension...

I've seen a Spax VSX kit with the shortened dampers front and rear and the Spax 40mm SSX springs, and the dampers and springs are supposedly 'matched'.
I can't really find any reviews or spec other than people saying it's too hard of a kit, but surely it will bed in with time?

It's half the price of a bilstein set up which is obviously the top setup going but I thought this would be even harder due to monotube design, I just wanted to gauge whether the VSX would be worth buying?

Are the b8's more for a purely track car? Theres a kit on demon tweeks dubbed b12 - but its b8 sprint dampers with eibach sportline 45mm springs.
If I were to go with bilstein, would I be better off getting the 30mm 'pro-kit' eibach springs or the 45/50mm sportlines with it?

The car is mostly used as a b road warrior if that helps, i'm not sure if b8's will be overkill for a car that is likely to not see track that often if something half the price will perform just as well.

Any other set ups to consider? I don't really need anything adjustable, It may eventually see track but as I say its been built for fast road use.

I'd go b8 and kam springs, even for a road car.

Welsh - do you mean the 160lb'ers or the softer ones?
How would the eibachs match up compared to the grams springs?

I'm only asking about the eibachs as they come as part of the kit!
