dosent say yes it is to it being new or the 3plug bit? therefore could have been for the 3plug bit only... poeple would confirm its new if they really wanted it to be new from reading that reply by tom..
Its all just common sense in my mind.

Normally when you ask someone a question, and they reply with yes. You take that answer, you don't doubt it and ask them again

Check you out, if its only £15 can you send me some? Wouldn't mind some free cash. I'd advise you to think before you post, rash comments such as the above won't get you very far.
Lets turn this on its head, if you bought something advertised as new, you got it and it was used, surely you'd be pissed off? Granted, it is a small amount of money, but its more the principle of someone basically lying to get your money..

did he lie? the quote above suggests not. he asked two questions and got one answer. why would a member with over 12,000 posts really be that bothered about 'stealing' £15. Its not even stealing becausehe sent the part and there was abit of confusion about it being new or not. If it works then hey ho does it really matter, its not as thought hes spent £500 on a new engine and its a dud. just take it on the chin and move on. I dont really think he can be branded a 'scammer' tbh.

No offence. but people are quite retarded
2 questions with one answer yes implies that the word "yes" covers both answers
unless anyones trying to be anal, and clever only aiming the whole answer at one question (without clearly stating that) which would mean they have something to hide, ie theyre not being as truthful about the sale as the buyer would like to beleive.
scammed? no i dont think so. the part is there and is useable alebeit not fully as described. technically the buyer could have asked for a pic. its pretty clear theres "fault" from both sides
but a thread full of idiots? yes.

I'm not out to slate Sparco_Tom, ive spoke to him on the odd occasion and had no problems.. if someone answers yes to multiple questions i'd assume they were saying yes to all of them lol. Perhaps the buyer should check check and check again (i always do!) but as a seller it's also right for you to clarify you have what the buyer wants. (When selling I often send a picture just to be 100% certain I have the correct part for the buyer!)
In all honesty, it's nothing to do with either of us.. Lets let them get on with it
I hope it gets sorted either way..
Mike

I've changed the title, as I agree that I haven't been scammed, but I still remain with what I'm saying about getting the money back.

Wind your necks in kids
the lad has his problem which he is trying to resolve with tom. the immature arse licking / general retarded comments arent aiding the situation or your credibility as decent people.
