Is one of you going to involve the Police then. As so many of you have been clearly scammed this is theft or fraud or any other term you care to use and in this situation is a matter for legal action all of those affected need to communicate with each other and file a complaint at their police station and let them collate it altogher its been done before so it can work.
as for paypal dispute you can escalate it to a claim immediately you dont have to wait and to be honest it seem clear seller isn't go to be cooperative so if it was me I would escalate to a claim immediately
good luck to you all in getting back your money I really hate people that do this sort of thing. Dont lose faith in the forum plenty of genuine membes and sellers on it

Great detective work bro. I'd give his sister one, but like you say you can't blame his family for his cuntish ways, hopefully this will teach him a lesson.
I admire the patience/naivety/gullibleness/trusting nature of Gandi, feel a bit sorry for him he's clearly a decent bloke and gave this arsehole the benefit of the doubt for what seemed like forever.
