Most websites have them, Novatech, play.com, microdirect.com, pc worls
any places that sells 2.5" laptop hard drive 5400rpm ones. Roughly £40+ for 100gb+

wouldn't go higher than 260ish people with 320's seem to have problems.. only some. start up problems etc.
