Well I've just read the entire thread and wow, just wow. I mean, I knew it was awesome when I saw it, but I didn't realise the journey it had been on to get to this point. Great build and can't wait to hear about this at max tune.
thanks for sort my car out today btw  I'm amazed how much better it feels in a straight line and is much happier turning in.

lol love the fact that looks like its in someones spare room?
martin how clean is it? it looks spanking in all the pics, but some of them... like above i see bumpers lying on roofs and stuff?...and think thats gotta be scratching?, makes me want to cry for a car like this 
but then always looks spanking again... sell it to me?

cheers adam, i thought you would notice the diff as it was quite far out
andrew the paint is only 6 years old but its bee inside for the last 4, it does polish up well but isnt mint upclose, the bumper is on the sunroof as im still faily anal about the paint lol
and no ill never sell it

Gearbox is back in with new ratios, new rad has arrived and for the 1st time in 6 years it now also has an air filter lol
as soon as my mercedes sells it will be off for final mapping, the bugger being the power figure will be under as 4th is 0.8 not 1 to 1

always loved the sound of boddies, did some work on magojase 106 and it sounds awsome also my best mate has a boddied 306 rallye and love the sound but id rather have the sheer power of a turbo

Shame yours won't be done, still know you will have some time to hit the track with me when the new addition to the family is a few months old
I need to sort the cage mounts etc.. For mine before I go anywhere near paddock at speed.

i need more buttons on my steering wheel for a few functions on my ECU and seeing some wheels in the GT cars i had a few ideas
i saw one of these
but at £68+vat and me being a tight arse i did something else :mrgreen:
take one sheet of 2mm alloy sheet
a plasma cutter and a file and
not perfect but was alot cheaper than the OMP one
got 2 more red buttons coming to go on the top parts, this also gets around the problem of not being able to reach the starter button with the harness on, also as the wheel is removable it means without this wheel you cant start the car  [/quote]

this should make a difference to the rubbing at the back
but this will prob make more of a difference :twisted:
