Have to say at first i thought this is pritty rubbish but as soon as the first mission is over the game really shines! Flame throwers and russian missions are amazing, in alot of ways its simular to COD4. Love it..... havn't played it online yet though.

I gotta' chance to play it online and it's really good...Although the experience is not as good as CoD4 Online (Obvo) but still good and addictive

Really good game, i didnt care much for Cod4, the campaign was good, but the skill gap online was almost non existant, CoD5 however, even though it runs on the same engine as CoD4, it just seems to require more aim and knife works alot better

we need a post for playing times and stuff as someone said, so we can have custom games

I actually take back everything I said about this game.

It's uber cool. Not as good as 4 but by no means shite.

Much better than Gears and anything else I may have traded in along the way.

Prestige here I come.

Havent actually played this online yet. Got it saturday night for £27 from asda, bargain. But went out so only got an hour on it yesterday.

Anyone on tonight to show me the ropes? Ive only got to the first russian mission as well.

Bloody hell Peej!
My best kill streak is 11 so far, only because I was in a tank, killed 7 people, got dogs and they did amazingly well.

Ive had you on my friends list for ages but havent had a game...yet!

I dont find that Mikey, i was decent at Cod4 but im good at this on the levels that I know, but will only be a matter of time before Ive played all the levels several times.

Like i was playing a team deathmatch on Courtyard, got a 25-4 then the next game was on Makin which I hadnt played before and got thumped 4-17 or something ridiculous lol

Yeah it'll just take a while to get used to the maps then you'll be fine.

I really really hate Downfall.

I always get slaughter on that.

All the other maps im alright on.

Trying to get better at Roundhouse too.

But I know for a fact ill end up loving these maps later on.

Hahahaha Roundhouse, was the 3rd map i played on, first two didnt have tanks.

Me being me, ran headfirst into the centre of the map, "Oh fuck, tank!" tried to run away but the bugger shot me. Revenge was swiftly dealt with a bazooka lol.

Seriously use a proper gun.

I think ive finally worked out how to kill them too.

Fire at the middle not the sides.

Wasn't aware of any software that told you the FPS on a 360.

It doesn't tell you as such. Often though, you'll see 60Hz written on the case. This means that it's designed to be played on a TV that can refresh at 60Hz, which is 60fps in other words. If the game didn't run at 60fps, it would be a bit odd to advertise it as compatible with 60Hz TV sets...

You can tell it's running at 60fps just by seeing how smooth the movement is. Have you ever played COD4 and then popped Halo 3 in right after? A whole world of difference, as Halo 3 is only run at 30fps. I got COD WOW, and I'm really enjoying it! I'm a little disappointed in the lack of change, as I would have expected more to have gone into it considering how much of it is exactly the same as the previous version. But I'm definitely enjoying it, that's for sure!

Don't find it a bit annoying that when you chuck 2 packs of C4 on a tank, it doens't even blow it up. You can even do that, plus a sticky bomb and it still won't blow up. It would be much more fun if 2 packs of C4 was a defo kill, and the same with the bazooka...

Yeah two RPG's and a sticky and it still gets me.

I try to avoid them at all costs now.

Just let a guy from your own team hit it a couple of times from their own tank, then pop up and whack it with the bazooka while theyre reloading lol
