Points? HELP!
I have recieved a letter from the courts regarding a failure to give drivers identity, I pleaded guilty and I have recieved a fine, now my question is on the letter there is no mention of points? If I was getting points would it be mentioned on the court letter? I have also recieved a letter from the DVLA regarding my license that I need to send it off, that's all it pretty much states?
I think there can be upto a maximum of six points for this offence but surely if I recieved points it would have been stated in the letter from the courts?
Any help on this is much appreciated. Thanks.

Surely they would state on the letter if it was a ban? I thought the maximum penalty for the offence would be six points at most? If it's a ban does anyone have amy idea how long for? And will i get my liscense straight back or will i have to re-sit my test?
