The xbox wireless adapter - help p2

i got the black one for xmas... put the disc in and nothing happens. plug it in, nothing happens

so annoyed i knew this would happen

My white one you just plugged it in then go in to the Xbox wireless network settings. Pick then network you wish to log on to and then if applicable put in the network key. Then your online tada

Get a white one mate, i picked one up for 25 quid on Ebay, second hand ,but has never failed on me.

Turn console on with network adaptor unplugged, insert driver disc and try and run it. If nothing happens set the xbox to boot from disc on startup:

system settings > console settings > startup and shutdown > startup > disc

Turn console off for about 30 seconds and then turn it back on again and it should boot from the disc to install the driers. Once this is done just plug in the adaptor and it should work.

I've just got the White one today plug in and play

I have the black one, never had any problems as of yet! i think its really good, streams videos no problem! and am using it with a G wireless network

I have my xbox plugged into my laptop

just bridge the conections. works for me
