Default Problems with new wheels fitted

I know there's a problems section and I've also posted in there. But I thought this section would have a lot more members with wheel/suspension/tyre/steering experience that may be able to help.

Ive just fitted some new wheels. They are 15" same as the alloys I took off. The ty size is also the same, only difference is the tyres on the new alloys are federal 595rsr. When driving At around 60/70 the steering wheel starts to vibrate quite a lot (doesn't feel like an unbalanced wheel) and doesn't do it constantly does it for a while then stops for a while then starts again etc, these new alloys are also running 20mm spacers (don't know that these would cause a problem like this?) I know the tracking is out and it pulls to the left. After the journey I checked all the tyres and they were all fine apart from the drivers wheel, where the outer wall looked to have been rubbing on something (I can only assume the arch)

And ideas? Tracking causing the wheel to pull into the arch slightly?
If was unbalanced wheel or spacer problem surely it would happen constantly and not stop and start?

Any help much appreciated, thank you

Its worth getting the wheel balance checked, if its doing it during acceleration i'd say its the driveshafts.

Was going to try get it booked in to get tracking done and wheels balanced, isn't on acceleration, just steady speed at around 60/70

Tracking being out shouldn't cause vibration.

Was just to get envy thing sorted and rule stuff out..
Have just found out that 1 of the wheels can not be balanced and is probably the cause of it. Weather is shit atm so will be swapping them around tomorrow and see how it goes.
Cheers for the help

Should be the balancing on one of the wheels ,
Unless your spacers don't centre 100% on your hub but then the vibration would be alot worse and at all speeds
