Hi all..

As you can see, I'm from Norway.. and we don't have that many Saxo's .. nor do we have any styled Saxo's

I have a Red Saxo VTS with a 1.4i 8v enigne, standard interior.. I always read UK magazines for help when trying to style my Saxo.. but I have met a few problems on my way..

- Some of the Saxo's I've seen, have no headrests in the back... just two "bumps" up from the seats.. wich models are these available on..??

- You guys who have bought new seats, should I go for 'Momo' or 'Cobra' .. and wich one fits best into mine..??

- And trimming the rest of the car (seats and doorpanels) is not an option here in Norway.. and sending the stuff to the UK could cost me a (huge) bit.. any tips on how to do this myself..?!?!?

- Lowering of the torsion bar at the rear.. I have OZ 16"x7" .. and 215/40/16" tyres.. can I lower it to notches at the rear, and still not move my fuelpump..?!?! Or should I just stay woth one notch..!? (I know I'll have to modify the bumper-stuff)

- I have problems getting any ext. styling for my Saxo here in Norway.. I can get Wings West, but the kit (fr.bump/re.bump/skirts) will cost about £1.950 WITHOUT the paintjob... any tips for other plastic...!?!?!

Lot's of Q's, I know.. but no one here i Norway can give me a good answer..

Hi... Welcome to my forum..

I'll help as best I can here..

In the UK it is only the 1.6 16V VTS models which have head rests in the rear... so the "bumps" are available on all other saxo models.

Two notches at the rear is approx 70mm lower... this is possibly with 16" alloys, as long as they are the correct offset. Too large an offset will foul on the fuel pipe... You wont need to move your fuel pump at all.

Cituning?? Or you could have items shipped across from the UK I'm sure S-Link Design could help you with this? ... no doubt you would still save a lot of money! ??

I hope some of this helps,

Simo'

Some more Q's here

- I have fittet on my 7"x16" O.Z. Alloys, with 215/40-16" wheels.. Eibach springs in front, didn't lower well enough so I cut the springs abit .. Lowererd it two notches at the rear, and it worked, AFTER I took away the plastic and "modified" the bumber attachements BUT, is there anyway to get the rear hard/stiff..!? It's so "soft" that the wheels runs into the bumber attachements ALOT! Any tips..!?!?

- I took the Momo RS2GT chairs, anyone had problems with these!?

- I've dropped the ext. styling and I'm now going for a Turbo conversion.. but is there anyone who sells these kits..!? Or do I have to buy a part at the time..!? I've got one Supercharger offer, almost £3.500 +local tax.. toooo expencive, all turbo parts loose, will cost me about £1.300 - $1.700 .. any tips..!?
