even a small 8inch sub will produce better bass than 6x9's mate.

answer: not really
well there is 8"subs that are good, but doubt youd get a cheap one
id much rather have a good set of amped up component speakers
they produce enough bass to shake your mirrors, and with high SQ
i will reccomend you some comps and an amp if you want? whats your budget?

vibe are crap mate.. and guessing their not amped?
dependant on your budget you could get a decent front set up, one which produces a good range of musical freqs, good volume, bass and most importantly clarity
- saying you have no budget would make me go crazy lol, i could reccomend something in the region of £10,000 if you wanted lol?

depends what headunit youve got.. does it have preouts?
also, i wouldnt bother amping vibe speakers.. you could get some good speakers and an amp for less than £100
or you could spend a little more, obviously thats your choice
you get what you pay for in this industry..

errggg.. sony lol
but providing it has preouts for a sub, it will do the job until you want an upgrade or whatever

sub / amp / wires

component speakers
http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/JBL-GTO-506c-1...d=p3286.c0.m14
the amp in the package is a 4channel amp so... 2 channels can be used for the speakers, and the other 2 channels can be bridged (basically use both for 1 speaker) for the subwoofer
this will give you good bass and clarity throughout the musical frequencys to acheive a very good low budget audio set up!
would just like to apologise for going £2.95 over your budget, hope you dont mind lol
any problems, let me know
