Played the demo, suprisingly dissapointing.

Alot of people are saying the demo was pap.
But the real thing could be alot better.

Once someone has played the full version can they put the experience in this thread.

Well i thought the demo was quite good tbf to them

But i had this sort of experience with fifa 10, like the demo was AWFUL but as soon as i bought it i loved it

Im a big fanboy so I love it regardless. The campaigns are good fun and the multiplayer aspect is a nice difference to my normal games - COD, Borderlands etc.

If you didnt like the demo I doubt you will be persuaded with the game.

i like it its ok for a time passer. only played the marine campaign tho. not what i thought so far. was kinda hoping for mass marines vs aliens fights, but nothing like that so far

Marcus get yourself online for survival mode

Marines vs 1 alien

Alien kills a marine and it comes back as an alien, until its the last marine standing agains all the aliens

Think you have that confused buddy.... what you explained is Infestation..... and survivor mode is the 'horde' version of AVP.... with you and 3 buddies murking waves upon waves of aliens.... now that's fun!

this game is awesome until youve completed it and played it online too much, does get boring, but its always funny as hell when u play with mates

i liked it a lot... campaigns are pretty easy... fin all 3 races in about 5-6 hours actual game play but was really fun all teh way through an will prob play through again...

multiplayer is really good an makes a nice change from cod or halo what with everyone being fairly equal due to teh different perks all teh races have.

only downer i really have about it is how long it seems to take to find any online multiplayer games.... i got a great internet connection an a great router so usually have no problem.. but for some reason i do when it comes to avp..?

Have you completed them on nightmare difficulty? That will extend your campaign time quite a bit - no checkpoints in the levels!

Ye I know what you mean about the online, and it sucks when the host leaves - end game. It should be similar to cod with host migration.

defo like playing as aliens...

takes a little getting used to all the funky camera angles what with all teh running on walls an celings but once ya get used to it ya can proopa use that to ya advantage an do loads of running up walls an getting behind people an jus stealth attacking them

i played thorough on normal.. that was too easy so went through on hard...

might play through on nightmare eventually for hte achievements... jus wanna mainly try an get some proppa games online..

an yup it really pisses me off too when host leaves early...
