Yeah way prefer the new headlights, do look more aggressive, although I'm not a morrette fan at all on any car, might be just me but i really don't rate them.
Cars looking nice, would look awesome a few cm's lower.

Not that I found anything wrong with the morettes mind you
Same thing happened with my dust caps on the civic but they only stole two of the 4
|
Thanks mate, I do like them, I think I like them about the same now tbh, either way I'll be keeping both sets haha!
Yeh they only took 2 lol. Now I have taken the metal sleeves and caps off the other 2 got another 2 coming and I'll just put them on at the weekend - which is pathetic lol!

My two pence worth:
The white speed lines really freshen the look compared with the black TD's!
Headlights - morettes suit it in an aggressive way, valeos in a subdued sort of way!

Appreciate it drives better on the smaller wheels - I love how these look on the original wheels and lowered though...

I agree, think the valeos do look aggressive and fresh though
Love both sets of lights, morettes would always be my first choice though. Wanted a set since my last 180.

Thanks mate! And same here, I will get back to morettes at certain times in the year. Like summer il probs rock them. I wonder if I could legally have one valeo and one morrette with a cold air feed through it lol might look different!

I do love them on stock silver rims lowered, but the wheels weigh a ton and look too big when lowered too far imo. If they were 16" you'd need not change unless you were tracking.

I just couldn't resist wasting more money on this heap, therefore I bought a K+N Typhoon;
Should be pretty loud compared to my enclosed, however I may just try bunging the enclosed filter on the end instead, if not, as this is not brand new - not stupid enough to spend over 200 on an induction kit - I will probably replace the cone with either a larger green cone OR an ITG alternative, at a later date. Will see how I get on, harping on a bit considering it's just an induction kit however, the chav in me digs the sound of this particular lol...

That's on stock exhaust I will be every chav whores dream guy by the end of a drive through town! sick.
Anyway, I'm out for now haha

Got it fitted tonight. Looks good imo, I was going to have it sprayed red but I don't mind it being blue, same colour as the car.
Car feels more responsive on throttle over my Simota but I'll never really know unless I had back to back RR's. The car sounds pretty loud on load now, I mean before it was quite raw but now it sounds like VTEC yooooo.
Anyway, I'm rather impressed and happy with it
I'm still planning a larger green cone or ITG to replace the K&N and also going to get a custom samco/sfs silicone hose to the throttle body.
Proper pics on the weekend after a clean with the SLR .

I quite like the K&N typhoon on my civic, sounds really good obviously has abit of heat soak but I don't mind it notice really. The filter on the end of mine is huge tho
Sure it sounds great suits the blue as well

Cheers Craig, it's actually better than I thought and defo looks the part lol! So loud though even on the K&N that came with it, definitely upgrading the filter to a larger one though in the near future!
Thanks for the comment
Here are some better pics for those who are interested.
Now off out in the pissing rain after last nights clean brrrr lol.
