Yes mate it was awesome! Marshall got 3rd in Superpro but unfortunately the rest of the M&M guys didn't make it past first battles. Everyone drove so well over the weekend though!
Was a bit knackered at work today lol

Yeah so good mate, you progress so much more in a day than you ever would with months of streeto lol.
By the end of the day I was almost linking Devils Elbow and the Cut-through but it's hard work in an mx5 lol.
Had the Go-pro set up as helmet cam for all of my sessions, got some really funny footage, one moment of my mate so close to crashing in to me, and me just going 'No no no no no no!!!'.
Going to buy an IMac later so i can edit the footage.

Norfolk Arena yesterday was awesome. Was a long day, up at 5am and home at 2am.
Good mix of weather, soaking wet in the morning = feeling like you have a million horsepower and being able to link the whole track lol.
Then dried right up in the afternoon so it's back to chucking it around like a lunatic.
Only a couple of photos so far-

Air con all removed, bloody hell it has some weight to it!
Definitely notice a difference in pick up also, feels a tad more lively in general.
Wheels won't be here until end of September unfortunately, they're not massively common so Driftworks had to order some in.
Bought tyres though and they should be here Monday.

If you didn't get it out carefully ally at the moment is £1 per 1kg so not too bad considering the weight of the condenser and all the pipework nothing to stop you adding a little bit of wet sand into the rad too ....
Also nice little toy this mate. Wouldn't mind one but nowhere to drift it around here legally.

Yeah being careful went out the window when aggression came in lol. I did let my mate keep everything to weigh in seeing as he helped me out, not sure how much he'll get for it though.
Yeah it's good fun, where about's are you from? There usually a few unknown events hosted fairly close to everyone. Driftworks is the place to look.
Not a big fan of skidding on the road, too many kerbs lol, plus you learn more in a day on the track then you would in a year of attempting streeto.

Quick little update, was at Lydden for another skid day yesterday, went really well.
Just one photo for now, i guarantee there will be some good ones to add once the photographers pull their fingers out and upload them to facebook.
Also bought a JB fab mega low seat mount, feels so good to drive now, like i am wearing the car lol.
I have a TR Lane harness bar and Driftworks harness on the way, got bonnet pins to fit along with my Rotas, so big update within the next few weeks, ta.
