Standard inlet at the minute, will be changing for a Nuspeed (sp?) sooner or later, MRC are also mapping in Launch Control and Flatshift whenever they can fit me in.
I am literally in love with this car again, my problem is now cracking 350bhp, but I need a clutch first, and urgently. The Turbo back Decat Milltek system non resonated system is surprisingly quiet, until at 6-7k revs where it sounds beasty. It's still no V8.

That's good for standard inlet. You looked at the Loba fuel pump? Should see around 360 HP with inlet, pump & software update.
Also in terms of clutch are you getting slip now? I've got the sachs organic with Loba single mass flywheel in mine its quite loud I'd stay away from single mass if you can.

Mines fine but its a little noisy if I'm honest and after I fit that one I read a bit more into them and it seems most people are coping with stage 3 power fine on a DMF & the same clutch & pressure plate that I'm using.
I wish id stuck with a DMF now.

A major combination of things, the list was as long as my arm. Mainly the injector on 4th wasn't pumping, fuel pump failed, N75 valve was putting on stupid boost that couldn't be mapped, breather hoses were glued together and a couple of other things.

I'm not even sure what I've got in the car at the moment, pending on the price of replacement, I might have to wait until the new year to get it replaced so it's a lot of time to research. My clutch budget took a massive hit after this;
Some cunt slashed 15 cars tyres on my road, luckily didn't touch the Audi, got my Corsa ffs.
Anyway, Launch control and Flatshift will be fun on the S3. Doubt I'll ever use launch control though.

I used launch once on mine, was fun. But just wanted to see if it worked more than anything.
DSG doesn't take fun away, its as much fun giving it a few flicks on the steering wheel coming up to a bend and blasting and then just makes life so much easier and better in slow moving traffic.
No manual gearbox operated by man will be able to shift from first to second on that 0-60 sprint as quick as auto
Just wish mine had the 7 speed DSG likes the RS!
I think my next car may be the newer version S3 but possibly in the sportback. There is just something about them!!

So where did I leave off?
On Xmas day, whilst pissed, Ross messaged me about an RNSE for an S3 on ebay. Due to my state, I paid a heavy wack but in the end it was worth it.
Brings the car up to date a little, installed an AUX to go with it until we get around to installing AppleTV to replace the AUX and use AirPlay instead.
Then we finally got around to the painstaking task of cleaning the car and attaching the MRC badges. Laser level out and bammmmmm;
Job done.
The car was going to make its first track day appearance at Cadwell on the 7th, unfortunately it was called off the day before much to my annoyance, but I think it was a saving grace in the end, the rear tyres were supposed to be changed, but I couldn't get hold of the Eagle F1's for love nor money on the Friday. That evening without any notice the back end stepped out coming onto a dual carriageway, I wasn't driving but it was a heavy wake up call that running budgets will be the death of the car.
The clutch needs to be booked in before April, the first trip to the nurburgring for this car, and I don't want it to finally give up across the English channel.
But...
This wasn't my car, nor was it filmed anywhere near me or anything, to me it looks like private roads. It seems an AMD tuned S3 came up against an MRC tuned S3, very very similar spec to me. The AMD tuned S3 was supposed to have been a rocket, oh yeah.

That's definitely a private road. I've driven down there myself.
I heard the pilot who was in charge when the back stepped out was awesome - performing an epic save.
Badge looks awesome.
Sorry for your financial loss on the RNSE but it's so worth it. You now have satnav after all

The 'Garden Leave' update
I've been given a long time off work, and with long times off work I get bored as fuck. So, I cracked on getting this car into a respectable standard. As usual I headed over Ross's to crack on.
Started with the usual clean and polish. Over the past 6-7 months it needed it badly.
It did come up well, only the roof to go.
The reflections are pretty awesome too, check this detail.
You bunch of gays looking at another man's genitalia.
Anyway, as you can see, Ross was busy cleaning up my headlights, and after bricking it for at least an hour that we had ruined a headlight, they did clean up very well, no more shadowing on the exterior.
The MRC badges were fitted at some point previously, don't know if I have posted them in an earlier update. As you can see my new plates are on too.
They cleaned the car up well. I couldn't possibly leave the front grill in that grey colour though. So off the front bumper came;
Resprayed the Front Grill;
Cleaned up the badges and Ross Autosol'd the Audi Rings, and put back together;
Looks 100x better, offered up to show what it looks like. I've got to take a picture now its done but its pretty fucking epic. Nails now.
Expect more updates to come, I've got to fill in the next 6 weeks somehow.
