gearboxes for vtr
what would a vts box do to the performance in a vtr
amd what would a furio box do to the performance of a vtr?

vts box would effectively give better in gear acceleration, and lower theoretical top speed.
furio box wont do a huge difference tbh.

vts box ratios are effectively closer than vtr because of the final drive. Will give better in gear performance, but will mean theoretical top speed is less.
VTR box is the longest of them all, hence why it can have a stupid theoretical top end of like 180mph on a high spec engine lol.

would make a slight difference.
garages charge a fair bit, between 120-200 from some quotes ive seen from people.
not really much point on a vtr imo.
if youve spent 5k on an engine then a decent box is a must.

have a search mate covered alot lately.
dont bother with a furio box.
VTS box will be spot on for you.
As ryan said looking at £120 to change a box unless you go to manic motors, whats your clutch like? maybe worth changing that at the same time.
Normally get a good VTS box for £150ish
