yeh voice command is on the s  the internet tethering lets you connect your Iphone to a laptop or pc and use it as a broadband modem, giving you access the the net anywhere.

which you can do anyway if the iphone is jailbroken for free...

right guys ive give apple a ring and the 3.0 firmware will go live at 6 pm GMT ! But was told to beware as its a worldwide release so expect slow download speeds if any.

Apparently you can get it already, but it's not "live" via iTunes servers in cali till 6pm.
