help converting files - Saxperience

Hi all i need some help converting some video files. I got 1 of the cheap mp4 players from ebay for my little girls birthday and want to get some programs on there for here for when we go on holiday on sunday. It only plays AMV or MTV files and i can find an easy way to convert them. i have loads on avi and mp4 files to go on it but i am stuck, I have tryed google ect and i am about to punch the bloody thing. any help would be great.

Here you go mate a software that will convert mp4/avi files to AMV as you state the player will support that format:
