"Domain Name Server. The local server (in a company) or remote server (at your provider) that resolves domain names in IP addresses."
Key ports, Im guessing they're ports that are blocked by your router that will need to be opened.

mother hubbard.
was using computer yesterday and msn disconnected, for no reason. then realised my whole internet was down. wireless was working but no internet connection. no eggbox live connection either, hasnt worked since. ever text 0800-IT-LECKIE but there was no reply.

check its all obviously plugged in,
ring Your ISP and check if its something their end.

hahaha.
sort of with phone, spastics hadnt sent me through a bill, so i had no bill to pay. then cut my phone off without telling me, was all sorted in a few hours. but they are bastards.
