This new Civic Si uses the new K series engine, and for this Si model, the K20A3 i-VTEC that puts out 160 hp at 6,500 rpm and 132 lb-ft of torque at 5,000 rpm. 0-60 mph times are at about 7.5 seconds as a result of not having LSD (limited slip differential), and having to shift into third gear to get to 60. First gear ends at about 30, second ends at 55, and third ends at 82 mph. The car has a 6,800 rpm redline with a 7,100 rpm cutoff.
The Si isn't the same engine as the Type Rs but it's still got VTEC . If you listen you can definetly hear it coming in, it's around 4/5k rpm IIRC but you can definetly hear it.

this game is amazing just a shame it is kinda small ie once u get to a certain skill its pointless buying loadsa cars as u only need a few of each cat for the diff races

i just bought a f430 suped up to UCLASS 999 cant even handle it straight line it pulls to the sides and just spins off

my other master plan is a golf r32 fastest car on THE GAME!!! for speed its got 9.4 for accel and 8sumit for speed its just shit cant handle it, unless i probably spent hours tunning, got it round the ring doing 240mph that is one crazy golf it left all off the highest class cars for dead

Whats the point having all that power and you cant even use half of it!

Dont tune a car to 1000 bhp and leave the handling out!

Theres that top secret Nissan Silva you earn quite early on.....the acceleration is crazy but the handling is gash....really got to watch you acceleration out of the corners........

Got well miffed yesturday (day off ftw) doing an 8 lap race....good drive for 7 laps and then I dont know what it is, but I always try that little bit harder on 8th when I really shouldnt and push the braking limit into the corner and nail the barriers and have to re-start.

I do it all the time.....I tell myself I shouldnt do it...but I always do it. split personalilty.

Used to do it on Need for Speed for PS2...broke a few controllers
