Replacing seat belt

Hello all. I need to change driver's seat belt as it is torn. The car is 1997 Saxo, 5 door 1.5D.
I was looking for a donor car but with no luck. My question is maybe you know if the seat belts from Peugeot 106 are the same as Saxo. Or maybe other Citroen cars share the same seat belts with Saxo.

All 5 door 106 and saxo have the same seatbelts.

Do you have any idea if the facelift model Saxo year 2000+ and the older version has the same seat belts? They seem very similar inside
