It doesnt matter which you use, its how you use it.
I know people that have been signed and have their songs played on radio1 etc and all they have used and only use is fl studio.

Yeah there's quite a few top producers who use fruity, I can't stand the interface myself but there's definitely some good music to come out of it.

if i remember correctly one of dizzy rascals albums was done entirely on fruity. No program is bad if you know how to use it. In my honest opinion reasons for the cable geek i love it lol.

FL Studio's has everything you need these days, be you a beginner or someone a bit further down the line, it caters for everyone.
I've been using FL for years for probably a good 10 years now. Ok im sure Reason is great too but im sticking to what i know.

Yeah of course peebee no ones gonna argue. Its not like I'm gonna deviate from reason or Cubase. Its home ! Fair play to you on fruity though. It always felt a bit basic to me or more suited to a beginner. But dont take that the wrong way i know its capable of some awesome sounds mate. I just liked the geeky cable rig of reason and the fact you Can wire it and experiment is What i love about it.

Honestly the synths on it are awesome tools, I'll only give it a miss purely because of a lack of real time recording and muddy sound quality. The good side is that these two problems can be easily sorted. Take the Prodigy's album for instance, Always outnumbered never out gunned". Almost 100% made on Reason 3 except for a couple of sound effects + vocals.
I'm considering the new one, but not at the price they're selling it, just plain ridiculous. Money aside, I've been using the proppellerheads software since Rebirth 1.0
