i think it's impossible to speculate too much right now, other than say it's an american setting, we know this because the V logo, and text with it, match exacty that found on US bank notes, wether that also hints at a money or economy based theme is up for debate, but washington is an interesting concept..

Looking forward to this. They've certainly had time to do something good with it. I hope some really good new features are included.

Gonna be really difficult to improve GTA IV.

I think they should wait until the next gen consoles. GTA IV couldn't get anywhere near it's potential on Xbox/PS3. Very demanding game. Graphics were de-tuned.. View/draw distance, resolution, graphics etc.

I don't think it will be difficult. It's not like it was perfect.

Wait until the next gen consoles?! That aren't even confirmed? That's a long time to sit around not milking that cash teet.

yeah, or LA i guess, hollywood etc. there's quite a lot of talk of this GTA going global or multi-city, with travel inbetween, but i don't see that happening at all though

Not particularly excited about this.. For me the days of playing games where you aim with a little dot that you move about, are gone.. After playing games like COD and Far Cry 2, Battlefield etc i wanna look down the barrel of a gun now instead of just aiming with a bullseye on the screen that i move about, it just seems soo nafff now after playing proper shooting games

interesting rumours coming out that insiders are suggesting that for the first time there will be multiple playable characters..

and atm all clues point towards a west coast setting, likely LA ( or SA ? )

GTA Liverpool is needed tbh

(Or GTA Merseyside, can make it a bigger map and squash in some other shitholes as well as more rural bits like the Wirral and the sand dunes in formby etc haha)
