There's 3 or 4 editions of this game but this is the most highly rated one, I've played it and it's pretty good.
Black and White 2
You play a
god in ancient times.. As well as constructing a whole city and sorting everything out for your population you have armies, neighbour cities you can become hostile with and attack or ally, tamed giant beasts that can bring down cities etc etc forgotten most of it but it's awesome, so much to do and so many more levels to it than your average city builder. One of the most under-rated games of all time imo.
