So hard to choose but maybe Tool - 3rd Eye, Led Zep - Since I been loving you, Alison Krauss - It doesn't matter, Mel C - Never be the same again (only for the time and girl i met. )
I like most genres of music, so it's hard to have a number 1.

I have a few:
Talizman, Only you. Big happy olk skool feel good tune that gets a massive crown reaction when I'm DJing
Snow Patrol, Chasing Cars. Reminds me of my missus
Guns n Roses, Estranged. My best friends fave song ever, who died a few years ago. I could listen to that tune all day long and never bore of it

All time favourite: The killers -Mr.Brightside, where ever i am, who ever i'm with, no matter how i'm feeling if this song comes on i have a huge smile and just want to jump around singing!
Recent favourite: Alex Guardino - Destination Unknown because oh what a tune...i went on a road trip to skeggy and this was 'our song' for the trip....proper tune.

All Time Favourite:
Jamiroquai - Cosmic Girl (live versions)
Firstly the band never play the same song exactly the same, so when you go to a gig you are basically getting a unique version of the song played to you. The chorus, in particular the bass line, is a real work of chordal perfection. none of the instruments, keyboard, orchestra, bass, voice, guitar, percussion, take centre stage and each one feeds off the other to develop the overall melody. But pretty much the bass line does it for me, so many variants and so bloody funky. 90's Disco at its best.
Recent Favourite
Like bobsta is: The Killers - Mr Brightside.
I may have read into the lyrics wrong but the during the bridge to the chorus the lyrics just go through me, like really hit home (FUCK I SOUND LIKE A FUNKING EMO ), they just seem to relate to a point in my life yonks ago. Hence why i love it.
