My advice bud.
If you can afford to do it then do!
Such an awesome feeling in a little saxo, if you dont do it properly like ive done at times, it can leave you feeling like you could just give up on it all.

I took my oil feed from my oil filter relocation kit.
Had the oil pressure sensor in the block and an oil filter sandwich plate where the oil filter screws on.

stripped the insides of the saxo today!
got a blue rallye carpet to go in after i spilled Gear oil over the old one and it didnt particullarly smell too nice.
The old engine is now out.
Rebuilding another one is underway.
currently relocating the fusebox from the engine bay to go inside the car, same will be done with the battery and possible ECU.

Tell me about it lol.
im defo sticking with it, although im in no rush to get it finished now as i have another motor.
So im just going to take my time and get it to how im happy with.
Seen your 106 is alive! You sir are motivational enough to keep going after the luck you have
Managed to spend a couple of hours soldering and sorting out the relocation of the fusebox
Looks much tidier now.
Going to crack on with the ECU this weekend if i get time.
I have a spare loom so all should be straight foward
