Sony Vaio vs MacBookPro
Basically which one do I go for? Mac is obviously a better OS to work with but it comes at a price, for the same money I can get a Sony Vaio with more ram & better processor.
All I would be using it for mainly is for the internet, music and for football manager.
So what would you recommend?

if thats the criteria, neither. You can get better than both for cheaper. Vaio are over priced and poorly made. HP, Dell, Toshiba would be better bets for the dough.

As said i wouldnt go for either, personally i would get a dell, dont like HP as their customer service has been shoddy with me.

My phone with a 1000mhz CPU and 512Mib Ram can do all that fine so a laptop that costs lie £250 will be able to lol

just a cheap lappy should do you unless you decide you want to play good games and convert films faster
