Default Not firing on all cylinders untill warm.

At cold startup the engine seems to run on 3 cylinders, on cold days it will struggle to start. The problem only occurs when the car has sat for a few days. after running 10-15 min i can turn it off and on again, and the engine will run on all cylinders again.
Any tips and ideas on how to fix, are most welcome.

Head gasket maybe. Water can sit in the cylinder, when it cools. Will miss, when started again. Will clear it's throat when stopped and restarted.
Compression test it to see.

Or, could be something simplistic like a leaky injector. Whip them out and test them still in the rail with some coke bottles.

Could be the coil pack not liking the cold. They can break down internally - but used to be heat that did it. But worth trying another.

Maybe even worth throwing a set of plugs in. Or seeing if the issue moves cylinders.

Any smoke? What model is it? Same cylinder each time?
