Question Clutch vibration (1.4i 1997)

Hi y'all
So my clutch started a couple of weeks ago with vibrating just when i would set off in 1st gear.

But now it's pretty much the whole time driving.
No weird sounds or the like when setting off but i can feel the vibrations if i lift the clutch with my foot and the vibrations follows the rpm's so more rpms the more vibrations, you get it

I'm thinking about just replacing everything, flywheel, clutch, throw-out bearing and so on.
Since i have no knowledge if these have been replaced at all.
The Car has driven 160000kms
But could anyone tell me how critical it is to get replaced because i will have to wait for the flywheel to be shipped first.
And i don't want to take the gearbox out two seperate times.
Many many thanks in advance

Hi

Yes, vibration from the clutch is probably the springs on the clutch plate are worn out.

The release bearing could also be causing vibration when you press the clutch pedal.

You probably don't need to change the flywheel.

I would change it as soon as possible, I left mine and a week later I got stuck and had to push my car
