I don't see how though. It shouldn't affect the diff any more than driving/rolling road should it?
Surely the power is being put through the diff as normal and there's less resistance on a dynapack than rollers.

You have movement on rollers, if you watch the car it will move a good few inches with acceleration, when on the dynopack thongs there's is no movement atall
