So the thread has gone from a scammer selling goosed shocks, to a discussion about a smackhead shitting all over a bathroom and whether human shit contains your DNA.

In all seriousness I think Dave needs to try and get in touch with other people who've been scammed from other forums.

He contacts police, passes on all the information to the office, statements get taken and it goes from there. More statements the better.

He's committing fraud through mid representation and for all we know he could be making a lot of cash from "his operation".

Here's a copy of one of the PM's sent between Neb & Kieren before he bought the dampers...

Kieren
"Have you got any better pics of these as il take them both if there what I'm after, when you say they need a rebuild is that just a recommendation or are the physically leaking fluids ? Cheers kieren very keen on these so let me know ASAP please.."

Neb
"They were a set i bought (both B6's & B8's) to be rebuilt but i'm coming away from 106's so will not be used.

The B6's dont leak but the top threaded section of one has split.

The B8's compress & return ok but do leak. Both tops look ok but could do with a clean up with a needle file."

The B6's i couldn't confirm they leaked as it wasn't apparent but as i stated above they needed a rebuild to cover myself if they did (i haddn't had them on a car).

I'll send Dave the photos i sent Kieran as well so he (Kieran) knew what he was buying.

As i have already said - they were £30 inc postage for the 4 shocks so i don't feel i have done any injustice to anyone as they could be rebuilt with new seals & oil from (or by) Bilstein and the threaded sections could have been repaired by a good engineer.

The fact is his for sale advert stated they were all fine and dandy which was not the case.

Dave & I have been in contact and will continue to help where i can.

Not sure how to edit a post....

Actually the photos i sent are public - on my album in the rallye register, you should be able to see them. There are 3.
The dampers in pic 1101 are the tops of the B8's
Pic 1099 are the tops of the B6's
Pic 1097 are both pairs before i packaged them.

Can't stay away can you, you little floppy haired melt. Be prepared because you're going to get raped some way or another. So look forward to it. You're literally delusional if you think you can walk out of this one

Nice to see genuine people like RallyeNeb assisting where he can.

£30 shows the condition they were in when you sold them, and allowed for a rebuild as you stated. Fair sale.

How much did the little floppy hair faggot sell them on for considering he was fully aware they needed a rebuild? The price of a good used set I imagine?

I soo wish he lived closer, I'd gladly pay him a friendly visit with the B6's & B8's and see if he had a change of heart on his 'returns policy' with a bit of gentle persuasion.

Come across many little gobshites like this, always play the victim to the police like he already has despite having no threats aimed at him. Even if he did give a refund he'd probably claim it was under duress and cry to the police.
