Hello from an expat in New Zealand!

Afternoon guys and girls, picked up what is considered a VERY rare car here in New Zealand today in the shape of a 1997 Saxo VTS. I'm from Glasgow originally, and haven't seen a Saxo since I left home 18 years ago, so to stumble upon a VTS of all things was a hell of a shock. Nostalgia got the better of me and I had to have it it's got a few wee silly issues, like the usual PAS/blower/demister fault, a stuck open thermostat, an intermittent ABS light, a knock in the suspension somewhere (suspecting drop links) and just needs a bloody good tidy up as it's been sitting for 5 years. Unfortunately the harsh southern hemisphere sun hasn't been kind to the paint but that can come later, I need to focus on the mechanical stuff to get it through a WOF (MOT to us) and back on the road.
