Well horn is also now sorted old one was on its way out plus the fuse popped to so got new horn and replaced fuse Also fitted the mist washer jets which I will say is a cheap and good mod to do.
Fingers crossed mot sorted tomorrow it passes then provided I get enough time and fitting kit shows I will refit the standard manifold/rallye downpipe, gti cat and full rallye cat back system. Few random pics anyway didn't take many tbh
Dead shaggered beam off, also new struts in back ground to go on
New good beam to go on
that's it for now like would of got more pics but was more into getting everything done and out of the way

1.4 16v sounds very interesting. Did you have that engine in anything light like a 106 before to see what it was like? Alloy b/end ftw.

Jason no came straight out of a rolled 206 with 3k miles on Yeah alloy bottom end to, should be ok power wise not expecting miracles from the initial n/a run in spec. But should be comfortably faster than the oe 1.4 8v and faster than a VTR. But thats just that until the boost is ready in a few months once money situation is better.
Andy I've done the 1.1, 1.3 and thats it mate

Sounds good. Have you checked out a TU5JP4 head to see if they can be interchanged easily? Or the valve size of the 1.4 16v vs the 1.6 JP4? I'm all questions as i was thinking about this a few years back but left the idea.
