Might of been scammed?
Hey guys, not sure on how to go about getting my money back from a seller? I will not name and shame yet but what would I do? I paid on the 6th of december for an item on next day delivery
Another member sent me a message saying he had been scammed by said member back in july
any help would be handy.

Messaged the seller?
How did you pay?
Just start a Paypal dispute if you paid for a product.

I have messaged him several times but it can take upto 2-3 days for a simple text back! I paid via paypal as goods iirc... paid the fee's anyway
It has resulted in my car being off the road and paying the best part of 400 quid in taxi's to work even tho I bought the item on the condition it was sent next day delivery

When i had a dispute with someone and couldnt get my money back I printed off a list of messages id sent and emails plus information on the item i had bought and took it the the police got a phone call the same day offering my money back. But I handt had any contact back from the seller for about a month. If you have their phone number just phone them if not look around on here they usuallly leave a number on a forsale thread

It might be too late for him to claim isn't it something like within 30 days
He still owes me £25 I know it's not alot of money but it's still my hard earned money
The lads username is Bedford8256 he either doesn't reply to pms or comes out with excuses like " I'll refund you once I've sold some stuff on eBay" erm f*** off its my money and you have spent it!

If I was you id buy the part you need and get your car back on the road so you dont need taxi's and will save abit of money and open a case in the resoloution centre, soon as paypal ask for his proof of postage and he cant provide it they will refund you. IIRC you have about 40 days to open it though so I'd do it asap.
